Calvium India permits returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A return request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Return shipping charges, if any, shall be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Calvium India reserves the right to approve or reject the return or exchange request. Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear shall not be eligible for return or exchange.
